Salmon Cheese (page 2 of 3)

One of my favorite plates is what the Thais call "Salmon Cheese" found at "Fuji" restaurants (throughout Bangkok and other major cities) which I order along with six pieces of gyoza for a grand total of only 470 baht ($13.82.) Cheese and salmon blend together as if they were childhood sweethearts, definitely giving you a story to write home about. In the photo above you can see just how tender the salmon is, and just how juicy and delicious even the salad is. The first time I ordered this dish, I squeezed the lime all over the salmon, but that didn't seem to do anything to improve my salmon, so subsequently I began squeezing the lime over the salad. They already have a dressing over the salad, but the lime juice mixed with the dressing just seems to take this salad to a savory taste that is above this planet! As  you can see in the photo, they deliver the plate with the lime next to salad, so maybe that's where it was intended to drip.  (next page)
