Fuji restaurant has two different gyoza selections, and you
can try them both, but most of the time I ordered the "gyoza
tot" (the latter word ryhmes with "not", being the Thai word for
"fried".) As frequently happens in Thailand, the title of the
dish "Salmon Cheese" is an error in English grammar. The
adjective should precede the noun, but in the Thai language the
noun precedes the adjective. The improper "Salmon Cheese" sounds
better to me than the more proper "Cheese Covered Salmon" would
sound anyway, so that works for me, as long as you have a photo
to clear things up for those who might think it is a salmon
				flavored cheese! (next dish)
