The Valley of the Shadows March 27, 2012 f/22 1/25 second |
| When I began the entire valley was engulfed in the shadow of our Mother Earth. As it always does, the sunlight arrived on the mountain peaks first. I continued to photograph through until the sun lit up the entire side of this mountain. I chose this image as my favorite of the series, even though, as it often is, choosing one image over another was a difficult decision to make, and other people would undoubtedly choose other images of the series as their favorites. |
