For those of you who haven't kept up, although I am publishing this today, I have already left Thailand which only has three seasons,  hot season, cold season, and rainy season. Consequently, this is the first spring I have seen in 22 years. I love it, the flowers all around the houses, the blossoms on the fruit trees, and the delicate little leaves that are so much brighter in color than the fully grown summer leaves. Every day I have immersed myself in a labor of love, fascinated with what I have found. I'm still trying to decide what to do with all my new photographs. I have been contemplating putting them all into a book which I might entitle "UTAH, My First Year Back." What I thought I might do for Easter Sunday is visit the Salt Lake Temple. The LDS church just had its general conference two weeks ago, additionally with Easter Sunday this week, I'm sure they would want to impress all their visitors, so the flowers around the temple will be in their Sunday best. I will publish the photos I get to my website as soon as I can build the pages. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the flower garden above from the Thai temples in Chiang Mai. Who do you think has the best flower gardens, Chiang Mai or Salt Lake? You can decide when I bring the photos back!
