These young Laos monks, led by an older monk, walked through the main streets of Vang Vieng, stopping at designated spots where patrons were waiting with gifts of food. They would stop and pray at each station, the elder monk sprinkling a blessing of holy water on the food they brought as well as on the patrons themselves.
