I'm trying to adjust to life in Utah without all my favorite dishes. I don't usually take photos of my food, but when I returned to Thailand to pack up and leave, I knew I wanted to create a blog about the food there, so those last few weeks I tried to eat at all my favorite restaurants and took my i-Phone with me. I'm sorry that not all the photos came out at my usual professional level. A couple of foods that missed this list but should be on it are Som Tum and Phad Thai. The first is a salad that is made of shredded cucumber that is so green that it is sour. The second, Phad Thai, is made by frying already cooked noodles on a pan with other vegetables and meat. Stay with me on this web site, my friend has vowed to send me images of each, and I may write another blog on the foods that I have found in Utah. In the meantime, I am in love with some of the nature photography I have taken since arriving back in Utah!
