On their way to the surface of the water, the petals of a red frangipani are caught by the petals of a healthy white flower.

The petals of a red frangipani fall from above but are caught as if fingers had snatched them in the healthy petals of a white frangipani. The f-stop on a lens tells you how large the opening is that allows the light in. The larger the opening, the more blurred your background will be. The smaller your opening, the more focused your background will be. I tried this image with various f-stops, and liked this one with the bricks mostly blurred much better than the ones with the bricks in focus.
